Barrett began his career in financial services in 2006. Prior to joining Ironwood Investment Counsel, Barrett was a Business Analyst for Wilmington Trust Company, where he was responsible for project management and operational analysis.

Barrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and Management Information Systems from University of Central Arkansas. He was awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® certification in 2013.
