Prior to joining Ironwood, she worked in Private Wealth Operations for Truist Bank and HOA Banking for First Citizens Bank. She managed multiple compliance projects, audits, and led teams with her specialized attention to detail.

Haley attended Northern Arizona University, The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, and Bellevue University.
