Kelsey began her career in financial services in 2022. Prior to Ironwood, Kelsey worked at RBC Wealth Management as a client associate where she was responsible for managing meetings, client correspondence, money movement, document processing and preparing comprehensive wealth plans.

Kelsey graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance.
