Matthew has more than 24 years of experience in investment management and consulting and wealth management. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he served as a manager in the Private Client Services Division. While serving in that capacity, Matthew developed and implemented investment and wealth management strategies for high net worth individuals, business owners, and corporate executives. In 2002, Matthew joined Inlign Wealth Management, LLC, as the Director of Investments where he worked with high net worth individuals and investment committees. He was also responsible for firm investment policies, separate account manager due diligence and performance measurement. In 2005, Matthew joined Ironwood Investment Counsel as a partner.

Matthew received a Masters of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Arizona. He was awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® certification in 2005 and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2011. He is a member of CFA Institute and the Phoenix CFA Society. Matthew is also an active member in Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
